If you’re looking for ways to make spaghetti a great meat free meal, adding vegetables creates texture and dynamic flavor, especially when paired with complimentary seasonings. Get your forks ready, get set, start cooking! Spaghetti Primavera The Italian word for spring, primavera, perfectly captures the fresh, light feel of this pasta dish. Broccoli, squash, and carrots merge with light pecorino cheese to create a refreshing spaghetti meal that’s great hot, but can also be enjoyed as a cold leftover salad. Cut broccoli, zucchini, and carrots into slightly smaller than bite-size pieces. Cook them on a medium skillet using a coating of extra virgin olive oil for 5 minutes.
