Use of Our Tempura Mix in Detail

Pour ice water in a mixing bowl.

Add Tenka Tempura Mix.

Mix with wire whisk quickly until lumps disapper (Do not over mix).

Give ingredients a light coating with dry Tenka Tempura Mix.

Dip the ingredients into Tenka Tempura batter.

Deep fry in hot oil (345-365F).
